Thanks for the great stay for one night. The location it offers is great and beautiful, close enough to restaurant called "la mongune " with pig logo, a health walk to Clermont-Ferrand downtown, and the airport and motorway.

It was brand-new, soundproof and in good condition.

The hotel is well-placed for quick access to the motorway, facilitating an easy stopover. Although the staff was friendly, the restaurant experience fell short, lacking flavor in the meals. Still, the outdoor area was pleasant for relaxation, making it a satisfactory choice for a short visit.

Perfect for a night stay, crossing France.

The hotel was well situated for our further travels. It gave us a good nights sleep, a swim, nice evening meal & breakfast

Noise from private events could easily ruin a peaceful stay!!! The outdated gym equipment really needs an upgrade, and inconsistent food quality suggests a kitchen that might not be operating at its full potential!!!

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff who spoke excellent English. The staff were always smiling even when they were very busy. The food was superb and our room had good views of the distant volcanoe park.

Not very well signposted

The novotel features a refreshing outdoor pool surrounded by a lovely garden area. The breakfast spread was abundant and satisfying, ensuring a great start to our day!

Vibrant, Vibrant, Vibrant

I was charmed by the vibrant garden that stretches beautifully, complete with a mini play area for kids right there. The outdoor swimming pool took my breath away, pure bliss on a sunny day! Plus, the restaurant served good dishes, like their twist on Croque Monsieur, made dining good.

We were travelling from Calais to the South of France and this was an ideal hotel for an overnight stop. It is ideally situated with easy access off and back on to the autoroute - is clean comfortable and has a very reasonable restaurant. For us on this occassion and purpose it was ideal
